My wife is filling out her citizenship application and I am helping her through the process (we are using my email address, cell phone number, and the application payment will be made with my credit card).
In this case, must we fill out the "Use of a Representative" form? It says on the application it is needed if a family member is helping, how about her fiance? I figure I need to do this because I do want to be the main point of contact (her English is not that good yet).
I ask because when I look at the "Use of a representative" form, the only check boxes that are available that are somewhat related is "family member or friend", there isn't an option for "fiance", I guess that falls under family member?
If the representative is not compensated (fiance), under SECTION B, must we fill out #7 (Your representative's contact information) because some of the lines there are more oriented towards a compensated representative (Name of firm, lawyer membership ID, etc..).
