How much time i will be given to Apply for PR card after reaching canada ?

I wish to go 3 months later my Visa is with me printed on passport. Is it possible?

You don't send your passport after ITA. ITA is merely an invitation to apply for PR.

Visa will be valid until your Medical expires. Which has expiry of 1 year.
You can apply in 15 days if you want.
No problem, you can land after 3 months.
