I agree. In fact I think it's a case by case thing. We cannot say 100 percent one way or the other. In the meantime we can just hope and wait that the checks are finished sooner than later so that people don't have to repeat their medicals. These are my two cents.
 
Dear forum members...I am applying for FSW-1..I lived in australia for one year and Ireland for 2 years for my studies..I have police clearance from Australia after two months of leaving australia and also from Ireland when I left the country after that I never been to abroad except for only three months to Ireland. Kindly let me know that whether I need to get again the police clearances. or they will suffice

Hi Folks,
Is a "background check" different from "security check"?
When your file becomes "in process" does it men that they are still checking on your employment etc. or only on security?
This is a bit confusing and it will be very useful if those with experience could shed some light.
 
Does anybody know if security checks involved credit check? I mean If one has not a good credit history do you think this could affect security checks?
