It is chadgimmigration@cic.gc.ca but it’s crazy why people are asking you to email this address. It’s only for lawful residents of Canada that need appointments with the consulate. For students, there’s a separate IRCC webform. Don’t mistakenly email that address, they’ve already said any student visa queries won’t be entertained.
