what does your "IN PROCESS" status say? does it say that " we reviewed your application and started processing on so and so date"?
u can expect medicals within 2 weeks after your status turned to " IN PROCESS"

May be not that early .... its very rare now a days to get MR within 2 wks of status turned in process.... if you are not exceptionally lucky.....mate
