Hi,
I will be graduating in 2 following months. Although the duration of my study was two years, because of the expiry date of our passports, my study permit, my husband's work permit, and my children's visitor visas were issued for 18 months. We changed our passports and applied to extend our permissions six months ago (three months before they expired), but we have not received it after six months.
My husband is working in NOC A and applied for PR via non-express BCPNP one month ago, and he has not received a nomination yet.
When I finish my education, how long my husband has permission to work?
I know if he receives his nomination, he can extend his CWP, but until he gets it, can he work?
Because applying for PGWP can take a long time, and if after that I wanted to use it for my husband, how can he work?
Would you please guide me?
Thanks
