It depends on the country from which you will apply for the visa. The processing time of visa application is different for each country. You can find application processing times at various Canadian visa offices through the following link.

Just make a guess and try to apply before the respected processing time of your country. Because processing times are subject to change.

Visa processing time may also exceed in case if documents are incomplete. Cheers!!
