When does your profile get locked ?

Can someone please give me a correct answer to this query of mine.

I am nominated by Ontario by my profile is about to expire on 17th Oct.

Does my profile gets locked:

When I accept ITA (Then I have 60 days to submit online application)
OR
When I file in my complete application to IRCC?

There is no such thing as "accepting ITA". You "accept" ITA when you submit your eAPR to IRCC within the 60 day time limit.

Your profile becomes locked when you submit your eAPR.

If you get ITA submit your eapr before 16th. You must be ready with medicals and pc

Neither, when you receive ITA, the profile's status changes to "Invitation Received".

You should have gotten an ITA today then.

yep ready with PCC and medicals,will upload in max 2 days.

I thought the profile could still expire between ITA and eAPR submission ?
