when do medical exam and police criminal records become invalid?

hi in preparation for my sponosor application for my wife i want to get some things done like the criminal checks since she has lived in 3 countries since age 18 usa, greece, and uk and the medical exam but i wanted to know when they become invalid. so if we get the exam and criminal checks done now but done apply for 4 months will that be ok?

The medical is valid for a year.

The police checks can't be older than three months when they are received by CIC.
