When do I receive a PR card after getting eCOPR (TR to PR pathway)?

I received my eCOPR on Sep 29th (processed in Etobicoke location). I did not receive an email regarding the PR card shipment.
When do I receive a PR card after getting eCOPR

Buckle up, it could take either 2 weeks or 2 months or 8 months. The mazimum is 8 months and the minimum is 2 weeks. There's no way to contact them regarding when you'll get it. Been waiting for it since July 2021
