Hi,

I have CRS score of 438. I got ITA and collecting documents. What I wonder is when our score is locked and does not change any more? After documents uploaded and application submitted with payment?

I have points from Canadian work experience. That needs to be in last 10 years. And by May 22, that will be out of 10 years period and I will lose points. If I submit my application before that, it will not be affected from such changes ?

I will appreciate any comments on that.

Thanks

Okan

You'll need to submit before may 22 to secure those points.

If you submit your eAPR before may 22, you will retain those points and dont need to worry about losing them.

IRCC will calculate your CRS score at 2 times: at the time the ITA is issued, and at the time you submit your eAPR. As long as your CRS score remains above the lowest score for your draw at the time of the eAPR, your application will remain eligible.

This is a little different from how they treat the minimum eligibility criteria (MEC) - you must meet those both at the time of the ITA and at the time the eAPR is submitted.
