Hi guys, just a FYI question, any idea of what is the usual timing CIC allow you for landing, then when you receive COPR, how much time do you have to land :) in the event of spousal OUTLAND application (Paris is the VO). Is it always the same, or case by case?
I was trying to find the info but was not really able to do it.
Thanks, Kevin

Generally, it always coincides with the expiry of your medical (exactly one year after it was done).

Hi Kevin!

The expiry date is usually the date at which the Medical Expires.. =)

Also, the COPR does have a Valid-To date printed on it.. So you should be able to confirm from it too..

Hope this helps!

Thank you so very much guys :) Really appreciate, it helps, my app is just in process but good to know for my organisation :) So my Medial was passed on Oct 6, 2015, means that if my application is finalized and I have COPR, I can plan to return with my wife on Sept 28, 2016. :)
