When can you modify you application after submission?

Hi everyone,
Since the new points system come to effect, I need to modify my application. I called MIDI and have been told I will received an email that tells me when I can modify the application.
For those who have received this email, could you please tell me how long time it took to get this email, and how long time do you have to modify your application?

MIDI is yet to enable functionality to allow CSQ applicants to make "critical" changes to applications after submissions. I do remember a place where one can make "minor changes" like updates to address and phone no.

If you need to make changes to application than send out mail to MIDI with signed cover letter with explanation of changes and documents to support changes you are making.
