When can you file to sponsor your parents after landing as PR?

I tried to search on Civ website but I think I'm not so lucky to find it, does anyone know?

You can file to sponsor your parents as soon as you become a PR. But you have to meet a minimum income requirement to sponsor them and from what I understand only income in Canada counts, so you probably wouldn't be able to sponsor them right away anyway.
