When Can I get married, during my PR application.

I am in CANADA, in work permit.
Just got, Invitation, not accepted. Marriage came between. So confused when Can I get married, without disturbing my PR.
I am told, if I land In with PR, then I have to apply for spousal PR, need to await for more than an year.
I am also told, there will be option to get married and change status, after AOR, or PPR, or COPR (I am not sure), the points will not be recalculated and my spouse will get PR, with me. She does not have to get IELTS or WES.

Any opinion.

Is it safe to get married after receiving AOR, or should I get married after PPR, before landing.

Asked people, different opinion, some says after AOR is great, some says PPR is safe.

What do you mean by "safe"? Regardless of exactly when you marry, if it's before you "land" in Canada and actually become a Permanent Resident, you must update IRCC with your new marital status. This may mean that your new spouse has to undergo a medical examination and background/criminality checks.
