When can i receive my medical?

Hi All,

I applied for PR in June 2010 and got my first AOR in November 2010 and then got my second AOR in July 2011- last month.

How soon can I get medicals after this?
My visa office is Buffalo.
My ECas status says : RBVO.

& Hoping within the month of September..but only god knows when!
