When can I quit my job?

I applied for EE CEC(Inland) without LMIA or PNP and I got AOR on March 16th(about 44 days ago)

My medicals have passed and eligibility review is in progress now.

I am a PGWP holder.

When would be the earliest time I can quit my job without affecting my application?

You can continue or quit any job/employment which has NOT fetched you additional 600 CRS points for the ITA.
This will not have any impact on your application as long as your existing application fulfills all the requirements.

Guess it also really depends how much you hate your job and whether you can live without the income as well
