i wanna ask how many day need after divorce for can marry again like if i have my divorce 17 october 2009 how many day for be legal for marry again i need help pls i'm canadian living in montreal

Well I answered because perhaps he/she wants to sponsor I'm not here to judge.. he/she will have to prove the marriage is genuine if wishing to sponsor someone.

No, as you know it is 31 days after the divorce for the decree to become final. So 31 days +15 minutes, its immaterial.
