When C6 will become Active

Hi All -

Does anybody know when C6 will come in force and when CIC website calendar will be updated?

I want reference to correct calculator on any other website to determine my eligibility. As i have question, how person can tale credit of Pre-PR time. Does this needs to be in 5yrs time to window too?

If yes, then people must be loosing on pre-pr credit time for year 2012 as I am?

Will need more clarity on this?
