WHEN AT THE POE

Hello everyone

I have a few questions regarding getting past the PoE and experienced people pls pitch in with replies.

Firstly, do we get a STAMP by the IO/VO on top of our s-1 visa in the passport or is it an additional letter like the one we get along with our passport and s-1 visa from our home country? or if anything else, pls advise.

Secondly, im going to humber and my LOA says course is from 6 jan 14 to may 15. So will VO/IO give a 2 yr visa or just till may 15 as is mentioned in LOA [cus i heard the course is actually 2 years as in 1st sem then 2 month break then 2nd sem n then 2 month break etc. so 24 months total] but only LOA says till may 15 so as to show total academic term duration.

u get a study permit it is an additional document (more official looking than LOI). and on one of ur passport blank pages u will get a a stamp like the stamp u get when u leave ur home country its a rubber stamp. u dont get anything on ur visa unless it is a single entry visa

Hey thank u! Also, do u know of anyone who has a condition on their SP to be able to study at only one institute? If u dont mind sharing can u pls state here what ur sp says wrt to the institute ur studying at? Does it say "xyz or any other institute" or only xyz?
