Hi to all,
i have 3 quick questions:
1)my husband will be moving to Montreal any time soon ,while his application is being processed in cic (outland)
when should i change his mailing address to mine ,2 weeks before his moving ,maybe a month?

2)how should i change it ,by calling a call centre or....?

3)would the visa office be changed ,because he will be staying in Canada ,initial visa office was in Cairo ,Egypt?

Thank all in advance:)

Are you already processing your application through Quebec (ie: you have received you CSQ through MICC). Quebec selects their own immigrants and a sponsor must take extra steps to get approval. Is he coming on a visitor visa? If yes his VO office will not change.

You can notify CIC about change in adressing by notifying the Embassy directly and the call centre number 1-888-242-2100

Honestly, I am not sure. I was hoping someone may answer this for you. You understand that if it's an outland app, and they want an interview with him, he will have to return to his home country for that. I am not sure if you tell him he is living here or not. Maybe someone with experience could answer this question....
