When, and how, to apply for first pr card?

Hi guys, first off I want to thank all those who helped us get this far! My Hubby is landing in 2 weeks, yipeeeee!
But we just aren't sure about one thing:
Is he supposed to have his pr card application printed out now, to be ready for when he arrives at the airport?
Or do they have the applications there at the airport, and do that part with him?
He needs assistance cause he's not very good with english paper work!

If he does need it printed out and done ahead, where can I find it? (most updated version...)

When your husband officially landed, they will send the paperwork themselves to Halifax for first PR card. All the husband has to do is give the mailing address to the agents so they know where to send the PR card to.
