I know its forms submission, but I want to ask, which one is better: do it myself or use agents?

Your own choice. No one can choose for you, its only recommendation, if you have extra $$$$ for agents just for filling forms etc, than proceed with it. If you can fill form yourself correctly, than this forum and CIC website is your helper. No need to spend bucks for nothing. Good luck.
