What's the "first date became qualified" if I did internship before graduation

Hi folks, I have a question about the item "date the applicant first became qualified to practise this occupation" in my EE profile

For my case, I did 3-month software engineer internship before I graduated from university. It's oversea, 40 hours per week, paid and taking same responsibility as non-intern engineer. Now, I have 1 year Canada working experience and applying through CEC.

Since I have another 2-year and 10-month oversea full time software engineer working experience, I hope my internship can also be counted into then I can have 3 years in total for my score's calculation.

I believe the internship should be count into foreign working experience based on the Canada goverment website. However, while filling the "first date become qualifed", I'm confused. It seems I should put the day I receive bachelor's degree as the NOC for software engineer mentioned it "usually requires bachelor's degree". However, I'm concerned if I put the date of graduation, my internship experience can still be able to get counted correctly or not.

I found a YouTube video says I should put the first I started my internship in this case. It seems make sense. Should I do that? I'm worried if it would consider as misrepresentation.

Sincerely appreciate for any suggestion.
