If you are applying inland, this means that you should hear shortly whether or not you have passed stage 1 (AIP).

If your are applying outland, I dunno.....

But they already ask and receive passport, residence fee and CSQ.

Since you're applying through Manila it looks like very very good news! On the spreadsheet we are seeing about 2 or 3 days between 'in process' and Decision Made .. take a look!

thats a great news. if they have requested and the passport and the CSQ then they are almost done the application final review. means in process to issue the visa and everything else is complete . hope this help. and congrats in advance . your almost there.
