Dear sir ,
I got this respond from the visa officer after I applied for a visitors visa for me and my family to visit my in-laws in Canada
My wife’s mother and siblings are living in Canada and since i married my wife in 2015 , their families have never seen each other for all these years we just wanted to visit them during this summer holiday as they kids are on long holiday .

Firstly, am a sales manager in a heavy and light equipment company and does other other private business and residing in my country of application for over 17yrs. I have 3 kids born here and still in school
What does visa officer mean by my immigration statutes ?

Also he mentioned not having assets and my Finacial statues ; I want to know what assets he might be referring to , I have 3 cars though I did not enclose the car registration paper and have a bank balance of over $40,000

He also mentioned not having enough travel history ; I want to know how to prove to him/her , I have visited over 25 countries , gone to many European countries I wonder if I have to submit all the passport I have used in traveling since 2001 till date to prove I have enough traveling history , or because I have not travelled to American countries is the reason for that ?

In as much as Canada is great country I can’t leave Kuwait for Canada :

Below is the visa officer responds to my visa application : I need your advice on this .

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

The first three rejection reasons are mainly due to your status in your country of residence, which I am assuming is a temporary status. Since, you are not tied to anything in Kuwait, it was difficult for VO to be convinced that you will return to Kuwait.
Common ties - a house in the name of applicant, kids you are leaving behind during your trip and you will return to them

And last reason for travel history - you have history I see that, but did you include all the stamps from your passport(s)?

It is an established fact that Kuwait does not issue a permanent residence permit they normally issue residence permits in years that is always renewable and that’s how all foreigners are living here and for me over 17yrs ,

I have up six full old and expired passports including the current passport which is seventh one , so I have to make copies of the used visas and the stamps in those old passports to include in the application .

The issue of our traveling is not only my wife seeing her family for over 14years her mother has a medical issue she had already lost one of her eyes on blindness and shall undergo another operation on the second one and her wish is to see her grand children for there is possibility she may lose the remaining eye, this rejection is very deviating to her daughter who is my wife , remaining in Canada is the last thing in our mind as am very contented in Kuwait,

You can search this forum to see how to fix that.

And by you saying that you do not want to stay in Canada won't convince a VO. They look for documents/reason within the application you have provided.

And just clarifying, did your entire family get rejection or just you?

Thanks for all your reply it looks very helpful , the rejection of the visa is for the whole family , because I am the main applicant My wife and my three kids , the oldest is 11yrs this month the 2nd is 7 yrs and the last one is 4yrs .

Finally, do you think I can re-apply again and how long should I wait to re-apply to make a strong case for my application and will the help of an immigration lawyer be helpful.?
Is it possible to apply for my wife and the kids only to go and visit her family I can sponsor them for that .

If I may ask I have 3 cars and I wonder if I can include them as my assert in my country of resident ,
