I applied directly to CHC New Delhi on 20th of April-09, which needs to applied N.S. ist. But till now I did not receive any message from them nor my draft has encashed till now. What should I do? My lawyer is saying that he will contend with them to consider this application as it was received by them in the month of April-09.
Kindly suggest what should I do?
