Hi,
My TRV Application got rejected today stating the below reason. I would like to know why it got rejected. I have submitted all relevant documents appropriately. Please let me know how to reapply. I
I planned to travel on May 21st and booked the flight and accommodation accordingly and submitted the same travel documents , but as I havent receieved the Visa, I rescheduled everything in August now. The travel itinerary documents with the embassy are of May 21st date. Is this reason it got rejected? Does anyone have idea, please help me. I would be much appreciated.
I am from India and working as software professional.
Travel history - has 2 years work permit UK Visa which was valid till 2015 and I visited 5 European countries as a tourist, basically I love tourism and traveled a lot.
Purpose of my visit - Tourism to visit Toronto, Vancouver, BC, Nayagra etc.
Personal Assets and Financial status documents - Submitted my bank statements for the past four months,Payslip and employment letter which supports my duration of stay.
Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your temporary resident
visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not
meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration
and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following
grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and
financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
Thanks
Thafnitha
