what will happen next after the list came out?

am wondering what will happen next after the list came out. as i realized, most required occupation should be in the management level. Will they send our applications back or ask for more details about our previous experience? my occupation is listed in the list "0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers"
but i only have 7 years experience in this field.
any conclusion?

i guess they will just proceed with ur application, the rest who is not in the list will have their applications sent back to them

But what's about having management experience? it's clearly listed in the list as "Computer and Information Systems Managers". this is my only concern.
