Iam on a Post-Graduation Work Permit , I applied for a SOWP extension in January 2021, while concurrently holding both a full-time and part-time skilled job. I provided three payslips from my full-time position at the time of application. Unfortunately, I lost my full-time job, and unaware of the need to raise a webform, I continued with my part-time job, eventually changing it due to relocating to another province where securing full-time employment proved challenging. After 160 days, my SOWP extension was approved. As we plan to apply for permanent residency, do we have mention this situation(LOE) and whether it could be perceived as misinformation ?Will it impact my PR application?

Impossible to say what possible repurchssions will be. The list of your work history would indicate that you were no longer applied at your full-time job during the SOWP extension application but that you had not updated IRCC about the change in your circumstances.

My friend mentioned that having a part-time skilled job is acceptable. During that period, I worked part-time and my husband also employed. I wasn't familiar with initiating the webform; Will they verify my employment history also? I am the secondary applicant, should I include this information in the Letter of Explanation (LOE), and will it impact my PR application?

your spouse being employed has nothing to do with the scenario. Did you continue working part-time before and throughout the application. Did you get another full-time job? The SOWP extension is based on proof of your employment, you being honest about your information and any change of employment is especially important for SOWP application and so is the ability. Can’t remember at the point whether TEER# was a requirement or had been eliminated at that point. Would personally send in a correction now sending you were unaware that you had to update your application during processing if there were any changes and lost your job while processing happened. If you started a new full-time job that should also be included. Then apologize for not knowing that updating your family during processing was required. When you are proactive and apologize IRCC often overlooks minor issues. Previous applications are cross-referenced during future applications for PR for example so it is important to make sure all applications are consistent.

We relocated to a different province and switched to another part-time job within the same NOC. The issue arose when I applied for SOWP, as I initially submitted pay slips from a full-time job I had quit due to health reasons. Moreover, my part-time employers are not furnishing a reference letter, although I have supporting evidence. I'm unsure about the next steps; could you please provide guidance?

Honestly don’t think it is worth mentionning. Chances of IRCC noticing things these days seems pretty low they seem to be blindly approving some applications with large errors in them. The staff is very overwhelmed while being asked to deal with more and more applications and programs. In the grand scheme of things your issue is very minor especially if you and your partner went on to work and were never dependent on any government programs. If you really want to do something all you can do is indicate that since applying for the SOWP you have come to know that you were required to notify IRCC of any changes to your profile which you did not do. Apologize and IRCC will likely accept the apology with no issue. There are bigger issues with immigration but if anything learn from your mistake and be honest on future applications and update any changes to your application during processing.

If I highlight this error in the Letter of Explanation (LOE), will they request a reference letter and offer letter? I don't have reference or offer letters from both employers, but I do have payslips and T4. Is that satisfactory? My maternity leave is about to end this month, and I plan to rejoin the same Franchise at a different location. If the new employer provide a reference letter for the same position, and can I submit this as evidence?
