According to this, your Writing score is equivalent to CLB 7, while the rest of your Reading, Listening and Speaking scores are all equivalent to CLB 9.
Hence for FSW, you will be eligible for full 6 points in each of the 3 sections - Listening, speaking and Reading (18 points), while receiving only 4 points for the Writing section. Total; 18+4= 22 points out of maximum 24 points.
