Hello everybody,

We want to ask for help and advice. We are family from Poland, two adults and one 1 year child. We want to move to Canada, but we don't know if we would have any chance to do it. We want to ask you: what we can do? At the moment we both studying economy, we finished our third year and we have two more years to end it. We have a family in Ottawa, my uncle with his family and my brother with his wife. We desperetly want to do this move so even if we have 0.00001 % chance to do it, please, tell us what we need to do. Thanks for your time and help.

You need to research https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

Realistically, based on the above you do not meet any requirements to apply for PR. Do you or your spouse have any work experience? With work experience there may be a provincial program which does not require a completed degree, but it will likely require experience.

I think your best bet is to complete your degree, gain work experience and apply via express entry (hopefully the program will be in place at the time you will be able to apply)

Another route is a Working Holiday visa, if your family can help you quickly secure a job (you would need to start the work on the day you arrive with the work permit) in a profession recognized under the CEC, if you gain 12 months Canadian experience you could apply for PR through the CEC program. Getting a job in a recognized profession without a degree though would be challenging, therefore your uncles help would likely be required.
