I am applying for citizenship, so I calculated my physical presence in Canada by Citizenship physical presence
But The thing is , there is a section that I have to put what kind of visa I had last 5 years
It also counts as physical presence ,even though It was before becoming permanent resident.
So I had a work permit from 25/APR/2013 to 25/DEC/2013 and before the work permit was expired, I applied for visitor visa. so I got a visitor visa which was issued on 17/Jan/2014 to 25/DEC/2014 so in between those two visa, there is a almost 20 days gap that I didn't have any visa. (it is not a illegal staying since I applied before my work permit expires) but in the physical presence calculator , there is no category for that, there is "temporary resident permit holder" - but I heard from CIC call center that it is different case so I can't choose it
What CIC call center suggested me was put visitor or work permit and make a comment but there is not even a comment section in the calculator So Anyone had the same issue? Thx in advance
