What type of criminal history to use in an application

I am about to apply for the Canada Visa and related stuff, and one of the items to prepare is the criminal history.

I live in US now, and I was told to obtain a copy of FBI criminal history.

I actually found this "FBI Identity Check" https://www.identogo.com/services/history-check/fbi-history-check

But my concern is, it has a line: "this information is for your personal use only, and not for employment or licensing submission."

So can I use this in my Canada Visa application? If not, what types of criminal history should I get? Thanks

The IRCC website gives country-specific instructions about obtaining what they call "police certificates". Simply follow that instruction.
