What to write under "Hours per week" if hours worked varied from week to week

I have two jobs that together satisfy the requirements for 3 years of foreign work experience but I worked varied hours per week for both, some weeks it was under 30, others it was above 30.

How do I declare that in my application profile?

Do I write down average hours worked? If I decide to do that, should I bring weeks where I worked more than 30 hours down to 30 before calculating the average?

I would appreciate any feedback.

I had this, sometimes I was working full time, sometimes part time. My lawyer made me enter every block of time separately in work experience, and my reference letter also included clarifying blocks blocks of time were full time, what blocks were part time.
