good luck with that! people on this forum can really only provide information based on their own experience and what they've "heard" or "read" from others going through the process. As far as i know no one works for CIC and knows for sure. Even when people call CIC, people receive different answers to the same question. So even CIC officials don't always know facts and certainty. We just have to do the best we can with the information we have. If CIC needs more information from you, they will ask. Every application is unique. if you don't know an answer to a question on the forms, then explain it. i believe they are more concerned about whether you fit the income requirement for a sponsor, and are not using public assistance, not whether your calculations are exactly correct.Mrs.Purcy said:

If you are really that concerned. You can submit copies of your last 12 months of paystubs. I did this with my application. Since I worked part of the months in Canada, and part of the months in US, I submitted US monthly paystubs and Canada paystubs to show total income for the last 12 months prior to the application.Mrs.Purcy said:
If you want 100% (or as close to it) certainty, jomz's advice of hiring a reputable lawyer is the best advice. All most of us can do here is provide suggestions based on similar experiences.
