what to send in a care package

hey all i know this is not for such questions. But i need help, and its also very serious atm lol. My apologies, if few of you mind this posts.

I want to send something to my almost bf (husband lol) he is very upset lately and in sad/depressed phase i want to send a care package to cheer him up plz help me suggesting what to send in it

he is 27, doctor, funny, out going , loves to eat ( just giving idea of his personality )
now help me i was thinking to send something like this

The box is really nice... I'm not a guy(lol), but you can send candy, some things he may like from Canada that are hard to find where he is, etc. How about a hoody that has the logo of your province? Llike this http://www.cafepress.ca/+canadian+sweatshirts-hoodies

Take photos of what you send, keep your receipts, and get him to send you photos when he receives it or wear it. You can use it as additional proof of your relationship.
