Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
hello,

i am a single applicant applying under skilled worker category.. and nobody is accompanying me..

now in the document checklist they say..

IF YOUR APPLICATION LACKS ANY DOCUMENTS IN THE CHECKLIST, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU..ETC.. AND IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY REQUESTED DOCUMENTS WRITE A LETTER SAYING WHY...ETC..

so I am not using any representatives and i have no relatives in canada.. therefore is it necessary for me to tell them in writing explaining why i could not submit those documents..

i mean representative documents, children documents.. proof of relationship documents.. because they don't apply to me..

is it necessary to write a letter explaining..

etc

I don't think you need to write them ..

hi classical..

it seems you have already applied for it..

please help me..

do i have to check those boxes which I am not applicable.
for example.. I have no children and no additional dependents and not used representatives.. so do I have to write them explaining this doesn't apply to me..so I have not ticked those checklist..

BECAUSE IN THE CHECKLIST THEY ARE SAYING TO TICK EACH ITEM, AND FEW OF THEM DON'T APPLY TO ME, IN THAT CASE, DO I HAVE TO CHECK THEM WHICH DON'T APPLY TO ME..

VERY CONFUSED..

Only check or tick boxes that only applies to you. If the boxes have check/tick, it means you're including them in your application package. You are single:

These are the things you need to tick:

 Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)
 Schedule A: Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
 Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562)
 Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 0008- Schedule 3)
 Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
 Travel documents and passport
 Proof of Language Proficiency
 Work Experience
 Education/Training/Qualification
 Proof of Relationship in Canada - if you have relative in Canada
 Settlement Fund
 Identity of Civil Status Documents
 Police Certificates and Clearances - if you can get one it's better.
 Photo Requirements
 Fee Payment
 Mailing Your Application (mailing labels)
*** You should include your Document Checklist – Centralized Intake Office (IMM 5612) and the barcode pages on top of your application.

These are those you need NOT to tick:

 Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)
 Arranged Employment - I assumed you don't have job arrangement in Canada
 Children's Information
 Visa Office Specific Requirement
 Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP)
 Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604)
 Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable.

Dont worry I can understand your confusion.

Just write N/A (Not Applicable) in front of the check List or Form, that doesn't concern you, and you are done :)

Regards.
