Hi I searched in the FAQs but could not find a consolidated answer.

I am about to send in the application and documents to Buffalo NY and deadline is tight.

Do I put a page separator for group of items and explain what I could not attach and the reason for it? For example one of the past employer would not provide any letter - so I attached service certificate notarized copy.

Do I write one letter for each or club all together in one covering letter. Which may go 4-5 pages.

Please help...

No "separator pages."

Attach/place any extra pages / additional info with the correct group of documents.

no need for a cover letter.

I'm having hard time finalizing the application package. please help...

can I staple the applications together? bank statements are much thick. I have stapled them per month per bank. is that good?

Yes you can staple them but do it carefully. Please ensure no information gets damaged due to stapling. Please use separate sheets for each employer stating your reason. I hope and wish your application gets through without any hassles.
