what to fill Schedule 3: Economic Classes Q12 WORK EXPERIENCE

I WORKED from 2010 to 2012 in one company and then from 2012 to 2014 in present company. My occupation NOC for both companies is same should i fill i am working under the NOC from 2010 to 2014. or to mention separately both the companies duties and duration.

About how many pages long the main duties document should be there for experience of 10 years?
