what to fill in imm 5533 - Part B - SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR SPONSOR

Hi everyone, Raoul here.
I am on work permit and in Halifax now. Wife & kids are in india.I am applying for my PR under Atlantic Immigration Program and have included my wife and 2 kids in my application. (married in 2010 in India & have lived together since then til Sep 2021 when i had to move to Canada)

In imm5533 - part B, there is a section where I have to fill my details as a sponsor. The only options are 1) I am a Canadian citizen, 2) I am a permanent resident and 3) I am in Indian (indegenious group in Canada)

I don't belong to any of those 3 groups.
I am a work permit holder and i am applying for my PR & have included the names of my wife & child in the form

... What do I fill there . Please advise.

First of all, you posted in the wrong section. Only a PR or a citizen (or an indegenious people) can sponsor their family to be a PR in Canada.

You cannot sponsor if you haven't gotten your PR yet.

Post your question in the revalant section of the forum. (PNP maybe.. not sure) I have a feeling that you are not filling in the right form or was not looking at the form that's used for many diff immigration route in the right way.

Since your question is not related to family sponsorhip, I do not have any experience or information.
