What to fill and send in Citizenship application?

Hi Friends,
I am filing for grant of citizenship and currently am a PR.
-I have filled:
1) Document Checklist
2) Application for Canadian Citizenship (Form: CIT 0002)
3) Physical Presence Calculator

- And in Supporting Documents attached:
1) Copy of biographical pages of passports held in the eligibility period. (Do I need all pages of passports held or just biographical pages?).
2) Proof of English - IELTS copy submitted with the PR application.
3) Copy of Province IDs (two).
4) 2 passport photos.

Q. Do I need to fill any other forms or attach more supporting documents?

Q. I was on H1B before PR in the US. Also, I have been out of Canada during the eligibility period. Do I need to send them copy of supporting evidence for the same?

Q. Do I send them proof of taxes filed in Canada?

Any advise would be great. Thank You!

Send what's listed in the documents checklist, nothing more and nothing less.

Trust me, don't send anything extra. Don't make it harder for them to go through. I've had bad experiences with them. I would do what they ask, no more, no less. They have so many to do and probably don't want to spend a whole lot of time sifting through extra stuff.

As stated above, send exactly what they are requesting and be truthful. They will request more information if they deem it necessary.

1- No need to send any more forms, unless they apply to you (use of representative, Crown servant form etc).
2- No evidence needed, but make sure you were in Canada/kept PR status for the minimum amount required to apply for citizenship.
3- No, you are authorizing them to gather that information from the CRA in the form CIT 0002, there is a checkbox.
