Asking on bedhalf of my friend:

He's extending his work permit. If his family has not joined him yet in Canada and will not be added onto his work permit application, does he still include their info on the work permit extension application (Part B)? They plan to come when his PR is done and when he lands.

If he has to include their info, does he also have to include his marriage certificate with his extension application as indicated in the work permit extension checklist? He has a marraige certificate in Korean, but has not translated nor notarized it.

Thank you

Your friend has to enter the information of his family on the form. Yes. If he is married, he has to include a copy of his marriage cert. he can do the translation himself, if he knows Korean and English or ask somebody to do it for him.
