Our outland sponsor application received AOR on Feb 28 2023, after this no request for Biometrics or Medical yet which has been over one month already.

usually it should only take 1-2 weeks after AOR to receive bio and medical requests, I am just confused and worries why ours has been taking over a month...

I second the previous comment, it makes sense to wait a little bit longer. You can also always check the timelines in this tracker. Another option is to request GCMS notes through a service provider (since you’re outland, you probably can’t request them yourself). I am also waiting for outland sponsorship for my partner with Ho Chi Minh. Got AOR from Ho Chi Minh in middle of April and no update since then. We got bio request in March before the AOR though
