What to do if I find a page of document was missing to upload into the eAPR?

Dear Seniors

After submitting my eAPR on Feb 28, I just realised that in the submitted Audit Report (a supporting document for my self-employment records), one page of the original Report was missing to be scanned and uploaded. This page from the original document was not in English or French, but the translated version of the Report in English was complete and also notarized.

I'm now wondering if I need to send IRCC a Case Specific Enquiry form by adding the missing page back to the Report?

After sending the amendment to CIC, today I got this reply. What does it mean my profile ineligible? But my online profile remains the same as before. Please help!

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to modify the information you provided in the online profile after you have been found ineligible or if your Invitation to Apply (ITA) has expired.

We invite you to submit a new profile if you wish to return to the pool of candidates.

We would also like to suggest other online services that you might find helpful:

Download application forms and guides
Change of address
Check your application status
Help Centre to find answers to your questions

What is the current status of your application in your CIC account? It sounds like the agent replying to your CSE believes the application was rejected/closed.

Nah, I sent it to CIC on my own. And yup, I just told them to add it back to the application package.

What is it that you requested? Did you just tell them to add the missing page in your application???

The online status goes like below as before. I feel it weird cuz the messages are conflicting.

Application status We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes
Review of additional documents Not applicable
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes
Background check Not applicable. Help
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Nah, I sent it to CIC on my own. And yup, I just told them to add it back to the application package.

Call them today......
If I were u n I have paid right to PR fees, I would check credit card for any refund (God forbid) just for satisfaction.

Hopefully, it's nothing. U could send complete report instead of one missing page (if u haven't already) via CSE again

Yup, it is being sad to receive the reply telling me that my profile is ineligible.

Call them today......
If I were u n I have paid right to PR fees, I would check credit card for any refund (God forbid) just for satisfaction.

It could be the person who responded got confused. Have you had any status update yet on your mycic? Have you called cic yet?

Just checked CIC status and still didn't find any updates. I haven't called CIC yet. I got confused too!

Call them and ask. They are the ones who will likely see an up to date screen.
