What to do if got File Numbers for Two Different Categories under FSW

Dear All

I have got file numbers in 4011 and 2281 categories under FSW. so what should i do now ? Either i should retain both or withdraw one application or wait for few more days. i got these file no. one month back.

Provide some valuable suggestions......
