what to do if email address is not working??

Sometime April 2012 my email address that i sent to immigration is not working anymore. i sent actually an email informing immigration about the new email address and they did even replied that it is updated...its just that my application was sent feb 6 and havent heard anything about my application. However when i check the status in CIC it is already in process. I am just worried that i might have medical request already that i do not know.. Can anyone please help me what to do???

email and explain them about everything what happen with new email address . make sure u will write detail about ur application ie client id , date of birth ,contact address ,phone number ..so they will tell what to do next .do early as much faster..
