What to do after receiving the Certificate of Selection Quebec?

We have received the Certificate of Selection Quebec from our sponsor who resides in Montreal, Quebec. What will the sponsored person do next? The details on the website seems not so clear. We are here from Manila. Please give us your advice. Thank you.

On my Certificate of Selection they said they had alerted CIC that we had been approved. From my understanding, once CIC knows that they can continue to work on your application. It's been two months now since we received our CSQ and no updates have been made on Client Application Status page, but I hear this may not be updated until your application has actually been gone through by a visa officer.

In short, I think once you get your CSQ you just need to wait.

Thank you for your reply. After getting the approved Certificate of Selection (Quebec), do we need to send application for "Permanent Residence" to the Canadian Embassy in our country?

You should have already sent that with the initial package. I don't think they would've approved the sponsor if it was missing.
