What to do after PGWP approval?

Hi everyone, I've just received a notification that my PGWP application has been approved. Once my pgwp arrives in mail, what steps should I do?
1. Extend SIN
2. apply for OHIP?
3. ?

You'll need proof that you have a full-time job that will last over 6 months to qualify for OHIP.

Yup, I received it 2 weeks after approval notification.
