What to do after landing for sponsored parents

They are not required to look for a job but it's nice if they are young and still want to work. If they are still young and used to driving, then find out the process of getting a driver license in your province.
Well, our PGP application is still being processed. (for my MIL)
But my plan is to introduce her to some community activities that's near home. So she can start to make some friends.
Then may be she can apply for part time casual job near and be a little more occupied.
I may enroll her to some basic ESL classes so she can learn some basic English. It's essential for her later on. (e.g. in case she needs to stay in a hospital, report emergency...etc)
Most important, spend time with them so it's easier for them to settle down in a new country. Just think of it when you first landed
